I think this is what has disabled the add and remove buttons.

GPO: GG Standard
                KeyName:     Software\Policies\SNMP\Parameters\TrapConfiguration
\public\1
                Value:       115, 0, 111, 0, 108, 0, 97, 0, 114, 0, 119, 0, 105,
 0, 110, 0, 100, 0, 115, 0, 0, 0
                State:       Enabled
can u give me a step by step procedure on how to disable it then ? thnx..am in the server right now..
Just change the state to default value. If you open the group policy and then go to the oftware\Policies\SNMP\Parameters\TrapConfiguration
\public\1 check what the default value is .Once thats done the client machine run
gpupdate /force
software in registry settings or in gpedit.msc ? if i check it in Software\Policies\SNMP\Parameters\TrapConfiguration\public\1 , then community is set to solarwinds. I can change it from there but tht doesnt enable the button that are disabled (as shown in snapshot).
Can you change the state to disabled or not configured and run gpupdate /force.You might need to logoff or restart the client machine to update the Group policy
Do i go to gpedit.msc or regedit to disable ? if its gpedit, then i cant browse to Software\Policies\SNMP\Parameters\TrapConfiguration\public\1 ... It just has software settings, windows settings and administrative templates.
