check if any group policies or disabling them by running gpresult /z from command prompt.

Just change the state to default value. If you open the group policy and then go to the oftware\Policies\SNMP\Para meters\Tra pConfigura tion
\public\1 check what the default value is .Once thats done the client machine run
gpupdate /force

software in registry settings or in gpedit.msc ? if i check it in Software\Policies\SNMP\Par ameters\Tr apConfigur ation\publ ic\1 , then community is set to solarwinds. I can change it from there but tht doesnt enable the button that are disabled (as shown in snapshot).
Can you change the state to disabled or not configured and run gpupdate /force.You might need to logoff or restart the client machine to update the Group policy
ASKER
Do i go to gpedit.msc or regedit to disable ? if its gpedit, then i cant browse to Software\Policies\SNMP\Par ameters\Tr apConfigur ation\publ ic\1 ... It just has software settings, windows settings and administrative templates.
