[EdgeSight 5.2 SP1] No Data Available

Hello,

I have installed EdgeSight 5.2 SP1 on a virtual server. And installed Citrix EdgeSight for XenApp Agent 5.2 SP1 on the client server.
The agent is visible on the website but there is no data available. I think communication is no issue because the agent is visible.

Any thoughts?
