Device and Printer mapping Problem with RDP on Terminal Server on Server 2003

I have a problem with a Terminal Server on a Windows 2003 Enterprise Edition server.

The server gave some network problems so I had to reset the ip interface (netsh reset int ip). I think this was because some registry keys where missing. I saw in the registry that ControlSet002 is in use.
I checked the DWORDS  fDisableCdm, fDisableLPT, fDisableClip in the HKLM\SYSTEM\ControlSet00x\Control\Terminal Server \Wds and \WinStations

The Terminal Server is working fine now, but users cannot map a device/printer/clipboard (this is selected in the RDP Client).
There is no error in the eventlog.
I checked the group policies, but this is not the problem.
I checked the DWORDS  fDisableCdm, fDisableLPT, fDisableClip in the HKLM\SYSTEM\ControlSet00x\Control\Terminal Server \Wds and \WinStations, but this is also not the problem.

Can someone help me with this problem?
