Hyper-V SCSI driver for installation

Hi,

I want to add a SCSI hard drive to my VM. However when I run the windows server 2008 installation it's unable to detect the disks. How do I load the driver into to VM?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

If you are trying to boot/install OS on the VM then SCSI are not supported for boot on Hyper-V.
Maybe this might be of interest to you.
