Copy Formula in Excel 2007

I have a spreadsheet and when I copy a formula and paste it to the next cell down the number is now gone from I22 to I23. I then have to go in and change the number to I22 and the whole formula changes not just the first number but the whole formula. I want to copy and paste the formula multiple times, exactly as it is in the original cell.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
