I need to open up our firewall for Webaccess. What ports need to be opened?

if you mean you want to publish a web server you need to create an ouside access-list with ports 80 for http en port 443 for https. You've also create a static to map your public ip adress to the ip adress of the webserver.

for example
static (inside,outside) 193.192.191.190 10.10.10.10 netmask 255.255.255.255
where 193.192.191.190 is your public ip and 10.10.10.10 your private ip of the webserver.

I have port 80 and 443 open. I need 4443.
The other ports were already there before my arrival.
Can you state the exact syntax I would use once I am in the configuration file for the router?

The ASA would have an access-list applied to the outside interface.   This is assigned via the access-group command

example " access-group outside_in in interface outside"

The "outside_in" is the name of the Access-list which controls inbound access.   You need to include a line in the ACL to allow port 4443 (you already seem to have port 80 and 443 allowed, just need to add 1 more).

The syntax would resemble:

access-list outside_in extended permit tcp any host <ip of static map for this server>  eq 4443

Make sure that line occurs before any DENY statements since the ACL is evaluated sequentially.
