windows 7 my documents folder redirected

I have a Windows 7 installation that we are implementing and I need to put the My Documents directory on each desktop as default.
The location of eveyone's document directory is
\\servername\users$\%username%\User's Documents
Folder redirection is turned on and is working but I still need to have that folder on the desktop since the users won't know how to add it on the desktop themselves
So, after the users 'Desktop Incons - Users's Files' icon is on the desktop, I want to remove all the Icons/Folders beneath that directory except for the Desktop, Favorites,  and My Documents directories

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I do not understand the last line of the question but using the C:\Users\All Users\Desktop will put the icon you need on everyone's Desktop.  If you want to only show those 3 folders under the share why not make all the other folders hidden and make sure to turn on do not show hidden folders in the folder options menu.

One of the great mysteries to me is why people map My Doc's to server
(\\servername\users$\%username%\User's Documents).
