Vlan for voip and data

We have two 48ports GB POE procurve 2610.

I have a netvatna 3448 router with two vlans (10:voip 20:data)

My computers will be plugged directly into my phones.

I want to know what is the best way to separate my two device in two different vlan.

Here is an example from a Procurve 2650:

!show run
vlan 1
   name "DATA-VLAN"
   untagged 1-12,14,16-26,28-33,35-37,39,44,49-50
   ip address N.N.N.N M.M.M.M
   no untagged 13,15,27,34,38,40-43,45-48
vlan 2
   name "VOICE-VLAN"
   tagged 1-50

We have other VLANs, so that is why you see "no untagged..." under VLAN 1. Those ports have devices that are not on VLAN 1 or 2.

You can create two VLANs on the HP switches, using 10:voip & 20:data to match the netvanta. Then, on all ports that will have a phone/PC, you will tag the packets for VLAN 10 and untag for VLAN 20. I can provide command examples if you need help.

If you have a port that is only data, then you can just have that port untagged for VLAN 20 & the same for a VoIP only port, such as a VoIP gateway server or switch.
