Thanks I found an article on how to configure it for shrew soft vpn and it is compatible with all windows versions and the doc for it worked perfect the first time so no need to use netscreen remote if anyone else would like to use shrew soft instead of netscreen remote here is the article. <br />

I am trying to set up a Dial-Up VPN for multiple users I have went through this guide <a href="http://kb.juniper.net/KB14883" rel="ugc">http://kb.juniper.net/KB14883</a>&nbsp;step by step and still have not been able to get IKE negotiations to go through any help would be appreciated attached is my troubleshooting log this is the info that Juniper asks you to get before you call in with a support ticket. &nbsp;If you need any other info please just ask thanks.<br />

Juniper SSG-5 Firewall Multi-User Policy Based Dial-Up VPN (Rejected IKE Packet arrived from unrecognized gateway)

Software firewalls, also known as host-based firewalls, provide a layer of software on one host that controls network traffic in and out of that single machine.
