"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

How are you running the report?

How did you install CR9 and XI?

The Desktop Support Team installed the client I am assuming from disk.  The reports run fine within the HEAT Client.  It's looking for the additional functions, HFW.  If you know what I can use in Crystal to just use the normal date conversion that would be fine also.

if {?Hours of Operation} = '24x7' then HFWDurNumDateNormal ({CallLog.RecvdDate},HFWToday )

What does the function do?

Look for a file named CRUFLxxxxxx.dll on the development machine.
Crystal allows the use of user defined function libraries nd they are named like that.
You need to install that on the client and register it.

OK -- but is this a known issue with defined functions.  Does anyone know the lastest version of FrontRange Solutions U2LHFW.DLL.  Possibly I am using an older version.
