SBS 2003 Hangs on startup

Our SBS 2003 is hanging up on "Applying cmputer settngs" on startup. We recently moved our Exchange database from one folder to another. It moved successfully, and functioned thereafter. However, could have these operation created a startup problem?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

If you still have issues, try booting in safe mode and setting the exchange services to manual start up.  Boot the system normally then start the exchange services using the service management tool.

This will isolate if a Exchange service is causing the problem.
