Reduce playing time of swf

How can iI reduce the playing time of a swf file by 1/4?
Should I delete 1/4 of frames? How?

Yeah thats one way to do reduce the time

And second would be to increase your frame rate if it is not already 25 or 30. that would speed up the animation.

For deleting the frames, you just need to select the portion of the frames that you want to delete from the Timeline panel, and do delete frames...

For changing the FPS, do Modify -> Document and change the frame rate in that dialog box...  This will make the animation go faster/slower depending on the value you choose, so this might not be what you are looking for...  It all depends on what you are trying to shortening though...
