I have one good word file that I want to use it as a base to convert my current messy word document (format is not good). But I don't know how to add a new list to this word document, i.e. there are levles:

How could I add a line of level 7.13 to this word document (so that I could add my paragraph)?

What is the fastest way to convert my file use this file's template? Thanks.

To add a line of level 7.13 - place you cursor at the end of line 7.12 and press the Enter key.

You should then have a new line at level 7.13

if this is unsuccessful you may have to manually select the List again from the 'List Library'.
