Using TAPI with firefox

Hi
We have a web based CRM system here and I have managed to get it to communicate with our phone system using TAPI with in IE but we have a few people in the company that refuse to use IE (one being the MD) so was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on how to get this working with firefox?
The phone numbers are just not clickable with in browser.  I get the same problem with Opera Chrome and Safari.

It's probably using an ActiveX control, that is not supported on Firefox and other browsers.

you can use addons like IE Tab this will allow you to use IE rendering system into FF and by this you have not to reprogram any thing and open the same web application in FF just like IE .
