CS4- how to replace PMS color to different PMS color

Hi, I'm tearing my hair out! I have an image where i need to change the color of blue from one shade to a specific PMS color. How can I do this? There must be a way other than eye balling the color using the sliders! please help.
1 Solution
1. Using the Eyedropper tool (I), select the color to be replaced.

2. In the Image menu, under Adjustments, select "Replace Color..."

3. Set the "Fuzziness" slider to 100. (This may need to be set higher or lower depending on the composition of the image, but a value of 100 is a good starting point.)

4. Click the "Result" color sample in the "Replacement" area of the "Replace Color" panel to open a "Select Target Color" panel.

5. Click the "Color Libraries" button in the color selection panel.

6. Choose your desired Pantone color and click "Okay."

7. Click "Okay" in the "Replace Color" panel.
