Http 503 error by Symantec OpsCenter WebGui

Hi All,

I have installed Symantec OpsCenter Server  on Windows server 2003 platform.

The Symantec Opscenter web GUI fails to connect with "HTTP Status 503".
Error Message:

HTTP Status 503 - Servlet action is currently unavailable
type Status report

message Servlet action is currently unavailable

description The requested service (Servlet action is currently unavailable) is not currently available.

Apache Tomcat/6.0.20

I have already checked the connections between OpsCenter and services.
All services are already restarted en installation repaired.
OpsCenter.war is already exits..

Does anyone know the solution.

The problem has been solved after installation a new server on wmware.
