I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

HM.. why not turn it around a little:

print the files ON the webserver and place them in the directory there?
Or put differently: why not run the image printer on the webserver and have some local job distribute the file.

Another approach: just print them locally and have a separate job upload them to the webserver (tools like curl for uploading come to mind..
