Exchange 2003 Auto Accept Conference Room Registration

We've run into an issue registering new mailboxes with the AutoAccept Agent. We've been using it without issue for a little over 2 years, but upon attempting to add a new mailbox yesterday, we began receiving the following when executing RegisterMailbox.vbs:

C:\Program Files\Exchsrvr\Agents\AutoAccept>cscript //nologo RegisterMailbox.vbs
 /F:ResourceMBs.txt
Registering New.Conference@company.com with Auto Accept Agent.
New Event Binding created:
Event: OnSave
Sink:  AutoAccept.EventSink
FullBindingUrl: file://./backofficestorage/synovate.com/mbx/New.Conference/Inbox/OnSaveForAutoAcceptAgent

Error Commiting Transaction : -805306273

Error adding store event for file://./backofficestorage/synovate.com/mbx/New.Conference/Inbox/OnSaveForAutoAcceptAgent

Both accounts that we have tried to execute this script with have full domain and exchange admin rights. We've waited for the new mailbox we created to propagate throughout the organization, with no effect. There are no corresponding errors on our exchange server or domain controllers when this is executed either. The Auto Accept service is running without issue, and no errors are logged when restarting the service.

Auto Accept continues to work without issue for the mailboxes we've set up previously.

At Face Value Please Check If all these Mailboxes in This File are Valid:

F:ResourceMBs.txt

It looks like it has trouble enumerating Mailboxes. Check If all mailboxes are Functional and are active.

Peace,

Hilal -

To your first comment, yes - sorry I didn't mention that!

To your second comment, clearly my google-fu sucks, as I did not come across that during my searches yesterday. I'll give that a shot and update when I have the results.

Problems using Powershell and Active Directory?

Managing Active Directory does not always have to be complicated.  If you are spending more time trying instead of doing, then it's time to look at something else. For nearly 20 years, AD admins around the world have used one tool for day-to-day AD management: Hyena. Discover why

Hilal - Bang on, that got it. It was actually associated with a lingering object, but once we found it, this immediately resolved the issue.
