Settings for Refresh and No-refresh intervals

I'm about to turn on Scavaging on our Active Directory-Integrated DNS zone to clean up some old records. I was going to set the both the No-refresh interval and the Refresh interval to 2 days.
Is there any reason why the Refresh interval should be set for longer (say 3 days) or is it okay to leave them the same?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You can give no refresh a bias if you like, it gives client systems more time to yell "I'm still here".

That will be nice for clients with static IP addressing, three chances to refresh instead of 2.

For the DHCP clients it depends on the lease duration and whether or not DHCP is updating DNS for them.
