I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

May not be enough information to answer this. Are you getting this from your server or the recipient's server?
If it's your server - are you on Exchange? If so ask your administrator to increase the maximum number of recipients in an email.

I'd say my server.  Like I said above, this is a standalone machine that I'm using.

I would try again, just in case it was a temporay thing. If not try to find out what your provider's limits are, but I don't think 30 would be reasonable. You may want to ask their support to see if there is an issue.
