"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

In your route patterns, you should have most entries begin with 9.
Copy the pattern and change the 9. to 8. and try it.

If you are using sip or h323 and CCM doesnt strip the number before sending it out the gateway you will want to check and change (if needed) your dial peers in your router also.
