How to Change the first number to access external line in Cisco Call Manager 4 from 9 to 8

Can someone please tell me how to change the first number to access dial externally from a 9 to an 8?

In your route patterns, you should have most entries begin with 9.
Copy the pattern and change the 9. to 8. and try it.
If you are using sip or h323 and CCM doesnt strip the number before sending it out the gateway you will want to check and change (if needed) your dial peers in your router also.
