event id 9646 mapi session
Hi, we are running under exchange 2007 sp1 with win2k3 sp2 enterprise edition x64 bit environment. from past couple of days we are receiving an event id 9646 mapi session error message in application log the details are as per below.
Mapi session "/o=First Organization/ou=Exchange Administrative Group (FYDIBOHF23SPDLT)/cn=Recip
cn-besadmin is my blackberry account for which i will not configure any outlook account.but i am receiving this error code with every 30 to 40 minutes.

You can resolve this by changing the value in the registry as per: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa996193(EXCHG.80).aspx

i didnt find objtfolder valu in HKLM\System\CurrentControl
On your exchange server?
If the value is not there please follow the instructions to create it.

yes i am editing registry in exchange server only infact HKLM\System\CurrentControl
the MaxObjsPerMapiSession
value is not present so should i create it manually please specify the value type & value figure for both
