I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You can resolve this by changing the value in the registry as per: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa996193(EXCHG.80).aspx

If you reboot the Blackberry server how quick does the event come back again?

Also since you are on Exchange 2007 SP1 you should look at upgrading to SP2, which I am surprised that Demazter hasn't mentioned yet ;-)

Also confirm that your BES cdo.dll is a later or same version that is running on your Exchange servers.

Thanks for the points. Can you confirm what the solution was? Upgrading the cdo.dll on the BES?
