How do i change the email address separator in entourage.
Entourage excepts comma as a separator but i want to use ; semicolon.

Where are you in Entourage that you are using commas or semicolons. What I see in mine is a box that puts each name on it's own line and then shows them separated by spaces with a purple dot. Even in the contact list, each email address sets on its own line.

The real problem is that when i send an email from a PC, it comes with semicolon separation and semicolon separation between firstname and lastname. When i receive it on the mac, it makes every name(first and last) in to separate addresses. Because the mac separates the names because of the comma.

On the PC what is your email client?

I just tried this from Outlook and sent it to two different addresses.  When Entourage received it, you are correct in that both the first and last names as well as the separate email addresses are all separated by commas. However, when I click on the names in the To box in Entourage, the app correctly identifies them as two separate email addresses and not four.

So I have Last,First,Last,First. But clicking on the names puts a shadow box around each Last, First and a bubble pops with the correct email address.

So, although it looks a little weird, from my testing it appears that there really is nothing wrong; Entourage seems to be dealing with them correctly.  And to answer your original question, I don't know of any way to make it be different.
