Dear,

You could try to run the site in compatibility mode.

In IE8 choose options-compatibility view settings and add the site https://www.ddtrack.co.uk.

Dear,

Ok. Could you modify the web site ?

It seam that the error come because the method "document.all.LabelPrinter.ShowPrinterSetUp();" don't exist.

the application on this website only works in IE, hence I cannot try on any other browsers.

usually when I go to this website for the first time, I would be asked to install supporitng Active X control and also install DDtrack printer...

i think for some reason the control or ddtrack pritner setup is not working, i wonder if you know how can i force the web page to install active x control and do the printer setup ?

please let me know

Dear,

Ok. Then I suggest you to do the follow, first check if the active x is loaded in the add-ons :

IE8->Tools->Manages add-ons

Then search in the list if you could find something about ddtrack.

If not, then when you are on the web site right click anywhere and choose "view source" then search for a .ocx file. Save this file and then in a command prompt type :

Regsvr32 c:\nameoffile.ocx

If it's not working and that you would remove it, do
Regsvr32 c:\nameoffile.ocx /u

Try uninstalling IE8 and install back on.
