I hope someone can help here,
I have a client that has a third party software application that they send emails through (software is an invoice/accountws related application).
it used to work fine,
but every time they try send email using it i get a pop screen on sbs 2003 server saying the following:
**smtp email-plugin error: check username and password 5.7.3 autentication unsuccesfull**
In the 3rd party app there is asection that asks for smtp server, username and password,
i have entered it as follows and im wondering if its correct?
Is this the correct way to enter settins for smtp authentication?
