I'm not quite clear on the question - what are you looking for?

You have 6 2-way processors, meaning 6 * 2 = 12 cores.
These are CUoD, so they're not necessarily activated. Checking CUoD activation can only be done from HMC or IVM, not LPAR.

 Not quite correct, "lparstat -i" does show you "Active Physical CPUs in system".

It sounds it's 6 2-way processors, meaning 12.

What the following shows? lsdev -Cc processor
