MFPlat.DLL Not Found

I recently built a new machine, I have it overclocked and ran prime 95 for 12 hours and everything passed.  Thing is though I have formatted and I get "MFPlat.DLL not found" when I tried using AIM.  I formatted again this time having the bios defaulted (not overclocked) and I get the same thing.  I searched for the file on the Windows 7 Enterprise contents and I don't see "MFPlat.DLL" there.  Can someone help me figure out what is causing this and where does this file come from?

I found mfplat.dll in my Windows 7 c:\windows\system32 folder.  Here is a quite complete web page about things to do when you encounter this error:

What version of AIM are you using?  I have AIM 6.0 installed on my Win7 pc, and it seems to be working OK...
