Using VBScript to launce a URL minimized

I am trying to write a script to launch an URL in a minimized Browser window.  I can get the URL to launch but not minimized.

Code:
Set WshShell = WScript.CreateObject("WScript.Shell")
WshShell.Run """http://www.live365.com/cgi-bin/mini.cgi?stream=1270682&genre=&site=live365&tm=6713""", 0,TRUE

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

This works.

Set WshShell = WScript.CreateObject("WScript.Shell")
WshShell.Run """c:\program files\internet explorer\iexplore.exe"" http://www.live365.com/cgi-bin/mini.cgi?stream=1270682&genre=&site=live365&tm=6713""",2

Agree with exx1976.
Another option is to start the page, but hide IE
Set objIE = CreateObject("InternetExplorer.Application")
objIE.visible = False
objIE.Navigate "http://www.live365.com/cgi-bin/mini.cgi?stream=1270682&genre=&site=live365&tm=6713"
