How to exempt user from GPO in SBS2003?

Dear experts,

A quick question - how to exempt particular user(s) from GPO?

I am in a SBS2003 environment and there are Group Policies at domain level. Usually I manage GPOs from goping to ADUC > Domain > Properties > Group Policy. But in this SBS2003 it says Group Policy Management Snap-in has been installed hence I can't go in this way.

I can see those Group Policy Settings in Server Management, but not able to see how to exempt user. Can someone tell me where to look please?

Thanks in advance.
