Blackberry Professional Server 4.1 upgrade for Exchange 2010.

My company uses Blackberry Professional Server 4.1 and I am upgrading or migrating mailboxs from Exchange 2007 to Exchange 2010. What is required to get my Blackerry Professional Server 4.1 users to work with the new Exchange 2010 Server?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Hi, to support Exchange 2010 you need to upgrade to BES 5.0 (Enterprise or the free Express version).  Then follow the guide below:
