How to make a Virtual C++ 2008 Express Edition-program runnable on other systems than the system it is developed in?

I develope a Virtual C++ 2008 Express Edition-program and I want it to run on other systems than the system that I develope it in. I use Windows Forms.
What do I need to do?

I tried to start it on another computer and it generated an error message.

Thanks!

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

AndersBranderud,

Does the other computer have, .net 3.5 sp1 (or SKD 3.5) installed:

Thanks for the reply!
I think that it doesn't.
I will test if it works with that downloaded to the computer!

I know noticed that Visual C++ 2008 Express Edition has a "Batch build"-mode. I had been looking after it but hadn't found it.

I installed the SDK and it didn't work; but it probably was because of that it was a debug-project.
Anyway, it should be working according to the above website, so I'll award the solution with points.

Thanks!
