Some additional information. &nbsp;When I changed the Key column to FyFyQtr (ie. 2010-01, 2010-02), I don't get this error, but my desire is to have &nbsp;Q1, Q2 etc show when I use this dimension within the hierarchy.

I'm getting the following error when I process my time dimension (SQL 2008).<br />

&nbsp;Errors in the OLAP storage engine: A duplicate attribute key has been found when processing: Table: 'ODS_DimTime', Column: 'fyQtr', Value: '3'. The attribute is 'Fy Qtr'.<br />

I've stripped down everything to a simple hierarchy of FY and Qtr.<br />

Screen shots below show my attribute relationships and key setup for Quarter. &nbsp;I'm sure it has something to do with the key. &nbsp;When I let the system wizard generate a time dimension it has the key as generated, not column binding as I have. &nbsp;<br />

Should I bind to the Key (date)?<br />

Hi,
