GoDaddy Cert Install for Exchange 2010

Does anyone have a step-by-step process that explains how to install a UCC cert from GoDaddy.  Their instructions are less than adequate.  I did follow them, but we keep getting an error saying the Certificate is invalid for Exchange Server use.  I have included the FQDN, OWA url, domain, auto-discover, etc.  We don't get the error using OWA, just when we open Outlook.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
