Windows Sharepoint 3 - Access denied page when uploading documents / creating

Hi experts,

I'm having an issue where users in my sharepoint site are getting an Internet explorer error 403 Access denied page when trying to upload documents / add items to a calendar.  Navigating around the site, they have no problems.  If I log in as a site / domain administrator, I'm not having any problems uploading documents and have full access.  Once I delete the temporary cache under C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\Temporary ASP.NET Files, I can refresh the page and everything works perfectly.  A day later or so, the same error occurs.  I've tried setting full access to all users to this folder but the same error occurs.  Can anyone assist me with this error?

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
