can you cnage green tic to red X in checkboxcolumn of datagrieview.

I am  working on a desktop application with sql Server as backend. This is a bound  but read only datagrid, I have a checkbox column in datagridview and the checkbox is checked if any of the column in that row has invalid value. I got it all wroking, but it shows green  tic which kind of gives a worng impression. I want Red X instead. Is there any way to change this  property?

Currently I don't have access to something like this to test, but see this link that talks about changing the cell attributes (many links below, "In this section"):

i did not have any  luck. i ams ure it is doable, but i could not find any solution that i can follow.

since, i could not come up with any solution, i changed my design and using a image column with the bitmap for red cross
