How do I retrieve my missing menus/icons in Firefox

Ive got Mozilla Firefox v3.6.3 installed and my menu' and icons are missing. I may have pressed a key combination as I have all sorts of macros setup but I dont know what I pressed.

Hit the F10 key.
This should display the menu.
Go to View > Toolbars.
Ensure a tick is next to Menu Bar and Navigation Toolbar
You can use F10/ALT buttons to bring the menu at the time whenever you want it.

Also, you can bring the icons by rightclicking on the bookmarks toolbar you have. just rightclick and select navigation toolbar.


- right click on FF menu.
- tick "bookmarks Toolbar"
