Copy "clone" MySql database in Linux using MySqlDump

I am trying to create a shell script that will create an exact copy on a MySql database with the datbase name specified ny user. Also  need to run a copy operation at the fillevel.

1. execute MySqlDump to generate a sql backup dump file
2. perform a find/replace on the dump file internal text. For example, find all occurrnces of "http://www.site1.com "  and replace with "http://www.site2.com".  The find and replace may be needed to be run several times.
3. execute ??????? app to create new database based on on the SQL dump that was text replaced.

Would like to create script that can cycle thru multiple database "clone" operations

all you have to do is
create database [databasename]
use [datanbasename]
and then let the create table [tablename] and data import go through.

i.e. look for use [databasename] or create table [databasename].[tablename]
