I'm running SBS 2008 and it's HIBERFIL.SYS  is about 9.8GB

Can I remove this file as it's explains below ??

I would strongly recommend disabling hibernate on SBS servers and in turn, yes, you can delete the file (though when you disable hibernation, it SHOULD remove it by itself).
