I noticed on task manager a programme pcvmail.exe is running and consuming lot of CPU. Is this programme necessary to be run or I can stop this to free CPU time?

Do you use this server as some form of voicemail server for your phonesystem?
Are you sure pcvmail.exe is correct?

Not much info about it on google.

What mail-apps/services are you running on the server?

Yes we run voicemail for our telephone system which is Avaya Argent. And the Tel Apllication is Alchemy. We are running Microsoft Exchange mail service.
Thought so.

This is your voicemail service. It will consume a fair bit. We also run the avaya system for a few clients. and this is the case.
