Hi Joe, so it doesn't even mention any error when you click on Print? Does Ctrl + P do anything when you hit those two buttons?

Go to Start > Run and type in regsvr32 ole32.dll and hit OK. You should get a message saying that it's registered successfully. Launch WIndows Live Mail again and see if there is any change.
