EventID: 9554 Source: MSExchangeIS - Unable to Updae Mailbox SD in the DS

Multiple events in our Exchange Server logs. I ran the procedure from MS KB http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;322308 but the procedure found 0 results. There was no match for that GUID???!!

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

If you got 0 matches, then the user's account probably doesn't exist any more. Have you changed the name and password for a user recently? Or deleted a user's account without deleting and purging the malbox? Either one of these actions could potentially cause the errors. Basically it means that there is a mailbox that cannot be accessed by the system indicating that there is a directory permissions issue.
