Can anyone recommend any good Managed File Transfer software?

I was wondering if anyone knew of any Managed File Transfer software products that are affordable and can be installed on IIS.  We are currently using a ASP app that only allows a max of 150 MB to be installed.

Managed File Transfer is a type of software that can be accessed with any web browser and acts like a pseudo-FTP client without requiring the user to learn how to use an actual FTP client.

I know about EFT from GlobalSCAPE, but it is too expensive for our purposes.

I was wondering if anyone knows any affordable software products that we could host that doesn't have any file size limits.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Any special reason it has to "act" like FTP?

Why can't you just allow the users to do directory browsing and just right click and "Save as"?

The main purpose behind MTF is not to allow a user to use a browser and then do FTP like functions, MTF goes way beyond that.  A simple web server and browser can download files.

We're looking for an online system that employees and clients can use for uploading and downloading clients.  It's really convenient to have a browser-based product since nobody has to install anything on their computer.
Could JDiskExplorer fit to your need?
It allows downloading and uploading files over FTP (or HTTP). It runs in browser:

Interesting software and licensing is cheap too.  Does anyone know of any others that can upload and download files to a server through a web browser?

Updated point value.

I contacted the support of the company that made the uploading portion of the software.  They told me to increase the memory available in the app pool of IIS.  Now we're able to upload 500 MB per session.
