We have exchange 2007 as our email server. For our costumers convenience we created email account invoices@test.com so accounting department can electronically receive invoices.   Majority of all attachment is in PDF format.
I need to get those email attachments on arrival to print automatically and then (or before the printing) move then (entire message) to a different email folder (other than Inbox
Currently accounting personel that recives those email is using Outlook 2003.

Create 2 rules:

1st rule:
http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/microsoft-office/batch-print-pdf-attachments-in-outlook/

if the above does not work you can try this also:
http://www.office-addins.com/-outlook-addins/print-tools-for-outlook.html

2nd rule:
move the email to another folder.
