"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

use the afterupdate event of the combo

private sub comboName_afterupdate()
dim var1,var2, var3

var1=me.comboName.column(0)
var2=me.comboName.column(1)
var3=me.comboName.column(2)

end sub

In the On Change event put the following code:

    Dim sVal As String
    sVal = ComboBoxName.Value
    Debug.Print sVal
