You have successfully blocked the Computer policies by moving Computer Account to this OU, in order to block User level policies you will require to move the User Account which you are using to logon to this computer in this OU. <br />

I created a new OU and added my machine to the OU and then enabled block inheritance, I then run gpupdate /force on my machine and run RSOP. &nbsp;<br />
<br />
RSOP says that the default domin policy and URLS-Corporate are being applied to USERS only!<br />

Why is this? &nbsp;<br />
