Virus Scanner for Windows 2003

Hi,

I have a server running at home with windows 2003 but i have no virus protection on it.

Can anyone tell me if there is a free virus scanner program that is good that i can download and install and run on windows 2003 server?

I'd test if Windows Security Essentials is installable, if not I'd just run with Clam-AV - a free (GPLed) virus scanner: http://www.clamav.net/lang/en/about/win32/

Going to be hard to breach the license agreement on that one.

Usually a Anti Virus scanner for Windows Server is always commercial. The cheapest thing we are using Nod32 Bussiness edition...

Some time ago we used F-secure, because it worked on windows Server 2003 and I believe it was free..

The best free option I can see is to use Prevx3 running on your server in free DETECT ONLY mode. Detection mode will run as the regular paid product, but won't clean any infections. If it finds one, you can just buy a month's licence. http://www.prevx.com/freescan.asp
