Routing and Remote access Server 2003 SBS

Trying to enable remote access on windows 2003 sbs and get errors and routing and remote access will not start. Below, is the rraslog:

I would rerun the internet connection wizard in SBS - basically any networking issues in SBS Irerun the wiazrd and 90% of the time it fixes it.

Just in case you dont know how to do that:

click start, click server management, click the todo list, accross from connect to the internet click start, run through that wizard,

Looks like it is going to be Monday before I get to try this. Thanks for the advice and i'll let you know how it goes.
Ok I ran the wizard and it errored out. I found that OLEDB32.DLL is not being registered. I found the file in the \program files\common files\system\Ole DB folder and tried to register it using regsvr32 and it came up with an error that it failed to load. I can not find a log of this error any where. Any suggestions?
I found some more info through help and support and was able to get the dll files registered but when i start routing and remote access i still get this error from the event log.
