Network modules are bigger than interface modules.
This picture of a NM-2FE-2W shows a network module which has 2 interface modules.
The above module could include 2 adsl wics to meet your first requirement.
However its not easy to meet the 4 network modules and the wic's and 1gig of ram your require and i think you are stuck with the 3845
greg wardSystems EngineerCommented:
A cisco 3845 would be able to do all of that.

can you help me where i found it

Why do you need BGP? how many route has on a BGP AS?

OSPF and BGP suppported by all cisco ISR router, the features depends ON modules, cards, IOS version!
greg wardSystems EngineerCommented:
As Ikalmar said
The 3945 is a newer model and will be supported into the future.
Also both routers would be able to support OSPF and BGP so long as you have the right IOS version.
