IIS (HTTP Requests) monitoring

I have performance issue in my web site (SharePoint 2007), the problem is that it too the server long time to response (Time from receive the request by the server till start of response). I'm debugging the problem now but I need a tool to be installed on the server that will monitor all the HTTP request received and all the responses of the server. Some thing like the Fiddler but for the server side. Most important info is the timing when the request received and when it been served. I have search the internet but with no success.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

What about the normal IIS access log? There you see all requests, the start time and how long the request has taken...
