McAfee Endpoint Encryption-HD Failure & Data Recovery

HI Friends,

My Laptop with McAfee Endpoint Encryption got crashed. The HDD Booting is failing.
My IT support guys dont have a cluse how to solve this issue.
They tried some Image cloning with GHOST SW and still failed (I have lots of doubt about their capacbility).

Is there is any possibley/sw through which I can read the D-Drive content of my HD Disk.

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

If the drive has failed, and it is contained within an encrypted volume, you may be out of luck. Got backup?

Do you have to enter a pass-phrase before Windows even starts booting? If so, the drive's encryption will work against exactly what you are trying to do.
